Our architectural team are fully conversant with 3D modelling techniques, including full BIM services, where our detailed virtual models allow our clients photo-realistic 3D visualisations and walkthroughs of their building in advance of construction. The same model is then evolved by the team to create accurate and clear construction and contract information, enabling a well-coordinated and efficient construction process.
The Practice believes sustainability is fundamental to good design. To this end, we provide environmental and energy assessments from an early stage as an integrated part of the design process to help the client meet their environmental agenda.
