Our multi-disciplinary teams were appointed from Stage 4 to develop the Architectural and Building Services details and specifications along with post-planning involvement with our RTPI planning team, discharging conditions and making the relevant amendments to the initial approval as required.
As part of the housing development a new community centre was constructed and integrated into the main block. Dedicated car parking is also incorporated into the building at street level, below a landscaped podium deck. This phase of the works also saw a new pocket park installed outside of the residential block which benefits the entire community.
The site also had a number of physical constraints that needed to be considered. The most notable was an existing substation that needed to be retained and enclosed in a compliant manner for access and protection.
