Ingleton Wood provided assistance and supporting documentation to the King John School for a Condition Improvement Fund application to renovate the main boiler plantroom and building management system.
Given the age of the system, continued maintenance and repairs to the boiler plantroom was no longer considered viable for its future operation.
Ingleton Wood were able to develop the design and program that enabled the boiler replacement works to be executed within school’s summer recess period. The works comprised of the following:
The new boiler installation has not only dramatically improved the operation of the heating and water services in the school, but has also significantly increased the efficiency of the installation and significantly reduced the carbon emissions.
