Long Lane

This scheme of 22 flats is being developed directly by the London Borough of Southwark to further improve their housing stock.

Ingleton Wood have been engaged by Lovell Contractors who are developing on behalf of the Borough, to provide architecture, mechanical and electrical design, planning and sustainability consultancy services.

We completed our service to provide the detail design information allowing Lovell to procure and construct the development.

The scheme has been completed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and is now fully occupied.
