As part of our commitment to ensure our Client’s projects meet the legal obligations required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Ingleton Wood LLP offer a free CDM duties briefing to Clients and Contractors.
In these sessions our CDM Manager will explain, advise and answer questions about how your business can not only comply with the regulations but also how you can you use your position to make a positive impact both on site and for the end users of your construction project.
The sessions can be adapted to suit any group size and last for approximately 1 hour with an allotted time for Q&A. We cover the main duties of the roles, looking at appointments, competency, Pre-Construction information, design risk assessment, site management arrangements, the health and safety file and much more. Most importantly we will clarify who should be doing what and when.
Sessions can be arranged at your convenience with a popular choice being lunchtime seminars. Please get in touch to find out more about this service or to arrange a date for your own briefing.
For further information and to book please contact Francis Hunter, Ingleton Wood's CDM Manager on francis.hunter@ingletonwood.co.uk.
